What if I'm a cable customer?
If you wish to purchase a broadband package that requires a phone line, you will have to get hooked up by BT or another provider that may provide a broadband/telephone bundle package.

Do I have to change my phone provider?

In most cases, no. The majority of ISPs will provide the minimum hardware you'll need to get up and running. Please note thought that some ISPs will charge for this equipment.

How do you know what speed is available to me?
Good question. There are many tools that websites like this one can use to make sure we know what is available to you before we show you a sales panel. We take your postcode and phone number and we use these tools to find out what ISPs are in your area and what speed your phone line or exchange can support. In most cases we won't show you internet packages that aren't available to you. The majority of ISPs will provide the minimum hardware you'll need to get up and running.

How do I cancel my order?
If you have submitted an order, you will need to contact your ISP directly.
